Guidance & Accountability

Practical one-to-one support to help you turn what you want into reality

Where are you right now?

Sometimes you already know what you want

You don’t need to spend six weeks working out
what you want your future to look like.
You already have a direction, an idea, a decision you want to make,
or something you’re ready to change.

What you need is someone alongside you.
Someone who can help you think things through,
see what you may be missing,
make decisions, keep you moving along,
and hold you accountable to what you’ve decided matters.

That’s what Guidance & Accountability is for.

There are two ways to begin

After Design Your Future

You may come to Guidance & Accountability after completing Design Your Future.

You’ve done the thinking.
You have your Life Design plan.
You know where you want to go –
and you’d like me to walk alongside you for a while
as you begin putting that plan into action.

In that case, we simply continue working together one to one.

I already know you,
I understand what you’ve discovered through Design Your Future,
and we have your plan as our starting point.

You already know what you want

You may not need Design Your Future to help you discover your direction.

You may already know what you want to change, create or move towards,
but you’d value experienced guidance,
a fresh perspective and someone to hold you accountable
as you make it happen.

In that case, we begin with a 90-minute Deep Dive.
It gives me the opportunity to get to know you,
really understand where you’re going,
and for us to explore together what you need from me and how I can best support you.

How we work together

There’s no fixed programme or prescribed timetable.

Guidance & Accountability is deliberately flexible, because what you need will depend on what you’re doing and what is happening in your life.

We decide together what would be most useful –
what you want my guidance with, how often we meet,
and how long you’d like us to work together.

You might want regular sessions for a while to keep you moving forward.
You might want more space between them while you put things into practice.

Or there may be times when you simply need someone to think something through with,
challenge your thinking, or help you decide what comes next.

It’s a flexible partnership, shaped around you,
what you want from your life
and the support you might find valuable along the way.

What does it cost and how do I start?

If you’ve completed Design Your Future, there’s no need for a Deep Dive.
You can simply book a Guidance & Accountability session whenever you feel you’d like one.

Guidance & Accountability sessions are £150.

If we haven’t worked together before, we’ll begin with a 90-minute Deep Dive session.
This gives us the time to get to know each other, explore where you are and where you want to go, and decide what kind of support would be most valuable to you.

The Deep Dive is £250.
All sessions thereafter are £150.

The first step

If you haven’t already done Design Your Future, then the first thing is to book a conversation. Free, and without obligation.

I want to understand where you are and what you’re looking for.

You’ll want to understand whether this feels right.

If it does – for both of us – we’ll take it from there.

You don’t have to do everything alone

Knowing what you want is one thing.
Making sure it actually becomes part of your life can be quite another.

Sometimes there’s too much going on.
And sometimes the opposite is true –
without the structure, deadlines and routines that once organised your days,
it can be surprisingly difficult to get started or keep things moving.

Having someone alongside you –
asking the right questions, offering a different perspective,
challenging you when you need it
and reminding you of what you said mattered –
can make an enormous difference.

Guidance & Accountability gives you that person for as long as it’s useful.

You know what you want from your life. You don’t have to find your way there entirely on your own.
