One of the city’s oldest and most layered neighbourhoods,
where Victorian railway arches sit alongside a destination food market
and the river is five minutes away.
Not a business district.
Not a hotel conference suite.
Within it, down a serene courtyard off Southwark Bridge Road,
is a light-filled, beautifully styled space.
A former theatre, lush with greenery,
warm and entirely unlike a conference room.
This is Ignite Your Future
A full day designed to do one thing.
To help you see, clearly and without flinching, what you want the next chapter of your life to actually look like.
Not a workshop. Not a seminar. Not a day of gentle reflection over herbal tea.
A live, directed experience, using music, guided reflection,
visualisation and honest conversation.
That takes you somewhere you probably haven’t been for a while.

What happens on the day
You arrive to music that will take you straight back.
The sounds of your youth – a time when hormones were high and dreams were even higher.
The sounds of a generation that believed anything was possible,
because life held new possibilities for young women like us.
By the time you find your seat you’ll already be somewhere different.
And from there, Charlotte Desorgher will be guiding you through memory, honesty, and possibility.
You’ll journal privately.
You’ll share experiences.
You’ll talk to women who feel exactly like you do.
And you’ll be guided through a visualisation that may surprise you.
By the time you leave, you’ll have something you didn’t walk in with.
Not a plan, necessarily. But a direction.
And the beginning of real clarity about how you want to live.
Who this day is for
This day is for women in their sixties and beyond who know they’re not done
but haven’t yet found the right space to figure out what comes next.
Women who have more freedom than they’ve had in years, and aren’t quite sure what to do with it.
Women who have a nagging sense that time is moving, and that if they don’t choose what comes next, something else will choose for them.
Women who want to be in a room and look around and think:
